The idyllically situated vacation home is about 300 meters away from a public Lake Constance lake access, offers an unobstructed lake and panoramic view of Lake Constance and the Swiss Seerücken from almost every room and is located in a very upscale residential area in the district of Kattenhorn, in the Lake Constance community of Öhningen, on the Höri peninsula, directly on the Swiss border. In 90 minutes you can reach the skiing area in Toggenburg (CH) and the Churfirsten/Säntis (CH). The popular Lake Constance bike path and a bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity at the property. The entire house is oriented to the south / east and is therefore very well sunny.
This detached single-family house was in 2020/21 in all elements kernsarniert and offers on 3 floors about 208m 2 space and a lawn plot of about 3,100 m2. The vacation home is divided into 2 apartments and has gas central heating. More details about the apartments can be found in the attached equipment description.
The infrastructure of the community of Öhningen is very good, there are shopping facilities, sports facilities, a beautiful large lido, bus connections, bicycle rental, doctors, banks.
The cities of Radolfzell and Singen can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car.

Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

The local tourist tax is 1.70 euros per day and person. Please note that the prices do not include the local tourist tax. Should a local tourist tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Bellevue offers you 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds plus 1x sofa bed and 1x sleeping chair. There are sleeping places for 11 persons plus 3x baby travel bed available.On the other side of the house is the Seegarten apartment for 2x people. The whole house can accommodate up to 13 people.
Our fully furnished apartment over 2 floors offer you every comfort. It offers you a modern kitchen with cooking island, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, kettle, egg cup, tea box, peeler, pots, pans, dishes, water glasses, coffee/tea cups, wine, champagne and whiskey glasses, coffee service, cutlery, table mats, plates, children's cutlery, quartz wall clock. A living room with flat screen TV, stereo system, leather sofa bed, internet W-LAN. Washing machine, clothes horse, facilitate you a longer stay. A fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit ensure your safety.
The covered terrace with 2 launching benches, cushions, small table, Weber grill with accessories will give you a breathtaking view of the lake, also the uncovered terrace with additional grill, table, bench, chairs contributes to your well-being.
A bathroom on the ground floor with shower, bathtub, toilet, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, soap dispenser - underfloor heating and a bathroom on the upper floor with shower, toilet, wall mirror, soap dispenser offer enough space for daily hygiene.
For your well-being there are 3 bedrooms with boxspring bed 1.60x2.00 meters, 1 bedroom with boxspring bed 1.60x2.00 meters and separate sofa bed, leather armchair, side table. Hallway with wall mirror available.
A children's playroom with 2 children's travel beds, high chair, rocker, changing table, diaper pail, baby phone, baby bath tub as well as toys, play kitchen, grocery store and ball pool may not be missing of course.
To protect your bikes there is a lockable bike room.

Die Sicht auf den See und die überdachte Terrasse haben zu jeder Zeit ein Urlaubsgefühl garantiert. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert.
