Our sauna can be booked upon availability and request. We want you to feel at home with us. We are happy to be available for all your questions and concerns. We have furnished our beautiful holiday home with great care.
The house is barrier-free, with only two shallow steps at the entrance and on the terrace.
The bathroom is modernly equipped with a rain shower and underfloor/wall heating. What could be more important on vacation than a restful sleep? You can choose between two different pillows and high-quality duvets.
For your reading pleasure, there is a reading lamp by each bed. We were also selective when choosing the sofa.
You can comfortably put your feet up together and sit or read by the crackling fireplace. (Firewood is available for a small additional charge) There is a coffee machine, and you will find the first set of tabs upon arrival. We are also happy to provide a small selection of drinks for you, which you can also purchase on-site if desired. (small minibar) You will receive a bottle of water and a small surprise as a welcome gift, free of charge! Furthermore, we have a badminton set and various games ready for you, as well as a good selection of books in the holiday home.
The entrance area is covered. In the immediate vicinity, you will find 4 different supermarkets within a radius of 200-300 meters, a Greek and a Chinese restaurant, a garden restaurant with very good home-style cooking, as well as a pizza and kebab shop.
In our beautiful old town, there is a wide selection of excellent restaurants. For leisure activities: Bautzen alone is worth a trip, Görlitz with its wonderful old town, or an excursion to Dresden (approx. 50 km away) are also good options.
The cycle path starts almost right outside the door; after about 2 km, you will reach our reservoir, and after another 2 km, you will be in the middle of the beautiful pond landscape, which offers pure relaxation in every season.
Our surroundings are also ideal for biker tours. Would you prefer to hike? You have the choice between the Zittau Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, or the many hiking trails in the surrounding area. * Reading lamps on the bedside tables * Bread roll service on weekends by arrangement ---------------------------------------- A small minibar selection is available and will be charged separately.

Alles gut erreichbar Badesee, Einkaufen, Schwimmhalle, Gaststätten, Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Wir hatten unseren Kater mit der an der Leine gern durch den Garten spaziert ist , sein Lieblingsschlafplatz
war auf der breiten Fensterbank mit Blick in den Garten .
