Your vacation rental in the heart of a 5,000 m2 park includes on the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom with WC, double bedroom with office area adjoining the living room, bright TV lounge, through the living room access to the bathroom. water with laundry area (washing machine, dryer, storage cupboard). Floor: 1 double bedroom (140*190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), WC with washbasin.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair and safety barrier). Large private courtyard of 300 m2, table area and garden furniture of 100 m facing south with view of the magnificent park & garden.
Private parking space; access to the cottage via a private driveway Family stone house in the heart of a magnificent park of 5000 m2, Yves, in love with flowers and trees, will present their specificities & their stories to you. The private courtyard facing south in front of the gîte is a real asset for enjoying moments of sharing.
Ideally located since you will be 800 meters from the sea: you can choose between the family beach of Traou Treiz or the beach of Craclais frequented by Georges Brassens.
The city center with all the shops is 800 m and 500 m you will have a mini-market.
For lovers of fishing and hiking (the GR34 is 900 m from the cottage), you will find what you are looking for. You will be close to Paimpol (6 km), the pier (12 km) to discover the Ile de Bréhat nicknamed the island of flowers; from Tréguier (10 km) a small town of character with its cathedral, its port and from the Côte de Granit Rose (32 km) with Perros Guirec.

Des vacances passées en famille, agréable séjour, ou le calme et la proximité de tous commerces sans forcement besoin de prendre sa voiture. Accueil du propriétaire avec de bon conseil pour visite du coin et à l'écoute et disponibilité si besoin.

Propriétaires accueillants toujours à l écoute.Maison, bien située ,sur un très joli parc arboré près du port et du centre ville.Séjour très agréable en plus les propriétaires vous concoctent la liste des sites a visiter dans la région..nous renouvellerons le séjour sans hésitation.
