A recently renovated flat furnished in a modern style, with two large double bedrooms, perfect for families or couples of friends.

Situated in a strategic position near the central station of Bologna and the historical centre, it is located on the first floor of a residential building, in a quiet area.

The house is developed along the corridor: from the entrance, proceeding to the right guests will find the bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine, and one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a comfortable armchair.

On the opposite side is the other bedroom, which has a double bed, a modern piece of furniture and a chest of drawers. The middle of the corridor leads to the living area, which consists of a dining room with a table and refrigerator, and an open kitchen equipped with accessories including an oven and microwave.

Free wifi and heating will be available to guests.

*The city centre is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend that you leave your car in one of the many car parks and enjoy the historic centre on foot.

It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round.


The central train station is a 10-minute walk away, while the airport can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
