La situation du logement.
Le confort des équipements (chaises de jardin en fer dans la cuisine, douche bouchée, wc entartré, TV HS, pas de détecteur fumée, ni de place pour ranger les vélos) et la propreté des lieux (toiles d'araignée sous l'évier où sont rangés les casseroles, rideau douche sale, couettes et coussins tachés).
Bon emplacement, mais logement petit (surtout avec les vélos)

Être à proximité du Centre d'Ars-en-Ré à pied, pas loin des commerces. La rue du Palais est calme et offre une jolie vue sur des vennelles fleuries. Le rez-de-chaussée est d'une fraicheur agréable pendant la canicule et la literie confortable.
Quelques problèmes avec le réglage de la télévision.
Il manque un peu de vaisselle (un petit saladier, un petit plat pour aller au four, surtout un dessous de plat pour poser les ustensiles chauds sans endommager la table...)
