Our location is particularly quiet and sunny.
Away from the main road, yet easily accessible in summer and winter.
From the terrace, you have a clear view across Lake Achensee to the Karwendel Mountains.
Just a few minutes to the lake, tennis court, and the Atoll Achensee, as well as to the ski bus stop and cross-country ski trail.

5 minutes to the lake, bus stop, Atoll-Achensee, and the cross-country ski trail.
Inntal Autobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers you will reach the center of Maurach.
Toll-free travel via Achenpass or Bad Tölz is also possible.
From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – across the border via Achenkirch continue to Maurach. Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take a public bus to Lake Achensee.
See bus timetable www.vvt.at. Travel to Lake Achensee is free upon presentation of your booking confirmation. The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 50km), Munich (approx. 140km), and Salzburg (approx. 150km).
