Our breakfast guesthouse in a secluded, sunny location is situated directly on the cross-country ski trail and is a 10-minute walk from the ski lift and lake.
All rooms are equipped with a bath or shower, toilet, balcony, and some also feature a cozy seating area.

A hearty breakfast buffet with homemade dairy products and a muesli corner awaits you in our comfortable breakfast and lounge rooms.
A large sunbathing lawn and a children's playground invite you to relax.
Our sauna area offers relaxation at an additional charge in a classic sauna, a tropical steam bath, an aroma steam bath, or a soft steam bath. Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee. Inntal Autobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers you will reach the center of Maurach and from there follow the road to Pertisau.
Toll-free travel is also possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – across the border via Achenkirch, to Maurach and then on to Pertisau. Travel by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station.
From there, take the public bus to Achensee.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 50km), Munich (approx. 140km), and Salzburg (approx. 150km).
