La Casa Del Talaïot is located in an extremely peaceful setting, with 7000m2 of land, and surrounded by a garden with a variety of trees and plants, we take care of our beautiful garden all year round.



The property consists of a main house with 4 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and another with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and living room with a beautiful fireplace. All these rooms are situated around an interior patio in the centre of which there is a large palm tree, this patio can be covered with an awning to create a wonderful multifunctional room (ideal for yoga or any other type of exercise). Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace/solarium and the "L" shaped swimming pool with 55m2, the pool has a lower area designed for relaxing or playing with the children. On the terrace you will have 6 sun loungers, garden table and chairs, as well as access to the barbecue area. The swimming pool is illuminated at night.



In addition to the main house, we find the guest house, a space without internet connection to be able to disconnect and reconnect with nature and enjoy the wonderful views. In this annex house you will enjoy a mini kitchen, a complete bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed.



There is a large area where you can park cars of any size. There is also a wonderful large garden with lawn and a huge variety of plants and shrubs that are visited by numerous birds throughout the year, so you can enjoy even more the peaceful and relaxing surroundings.



Remember that the property is located in a rural area, so we strongly recommend that you rent a car to be able to move around freely; also for reasons of health and environment, you must deposit the rubbish generated in a green point located 1Km from the property.



Cots and high chairs for babies are available. This is on request.

Area

The Villa is just half a kilometre from the village of Sencelles, in the village there are restaurants and bars, bakery, pharmacy, grocery shops. Besides being close to the village there is the circular Talaïot of Son Fred, a prehistoric construction, the house is in a prehistoric settlement.



At only 10' by car you find the city of Inca with all kinds of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Müller, McDonald's...)



Other interests

For cyclists, the house and the village are located in an area of cycling routes.




You can visit several wineries of the best wines of the island such as Tianna, Jose L. Ferrer, Macià Batle...All of them offer visits, wine tasting and direct sales.



A few minutes by car, you will find the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, in Costitx, where you can book a guided tour, highly recommended.

-Please maintain order and cleanliness both inside and outside the villa. We also ask that you use water and electricity responsibly in order to help the environment.



-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection points established before the end of their stay.



-All types of events and parties are strictly forbidden without the consent of the property.
