La Casa Del Talaïot is situated in an extremely tranquil environment, with 7000m2 of land, surrounded by a garden with a variety of trees and plants.
We take care of our beautiful garden year-round. The property consists of a main house with 4 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a King Size bed and ensuite bathroom; 2 bedrooms with Queen Size beds and another with two single beds), 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet, a kitchen, and a glass-enclosed living-dining room with a lovely fireplace.
All these rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard with a large palm tree in the center.
This courtyard can be covered with an awning, transforming it into a wonderful multi-functional space (ideal for yoga or any other type of exercise). Adjacent to the living room is a large terrace/solarium and an L-shaped swimming pool of 55m2. The pool has a shallow area designed for relaxation or for children to play.
On the terrace, you will find 6 sun loungers, a garden table and chairs, as well as access to the barbecue area.
The swimming pool is illuminated at night. In addition to the main house, there is a guest cottage, a space without internet connection, perfect for disconnecting and reconnecting with nature while enjoying the wonderful views.
In this annex cottage, you will find a mini-kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a King Size bed. There is a large area for parking cars of any size.
Additionally, there is a wonderful, large garden with lawn and a huge variety of plants and shrubs, visited by numerous birds throughout the year, allowing you to further enjoy such a tranquil and relaxing environment. Please remember that the property is located in a rural area, so we strongly recommend renting a car to move around with complete freedom.
Likewise, for health and environmental reasons, you must dispose of generated waste at a recycling point located 1 km from the property. Cribs and high chairs for babies are available upon request. *This property preferably accepts families or responsible groups of people seeking relaxation and tranquility. Area: The Villa is located just half a kilometer from the village of Sencelles, which has restaurants, bars, a bakery, a pharmacy, and grocery stores.
In addition to being close to the village, the circular Talayotic settlement of Son Fred is just a few meters away.
This is an indigenous prehistoric construction, and the house is situated within a prehistoric settlement. The villa itself is probably the nicest villa I've ever stayed in, the pictures don't really do it justice! Easy check-in process where we met the host (arranged via whatsapp), immaculately clean, and finished to a really high spec. The outdoor area is amazing, a great pool, lots of outdoor seating ...

Wunderschöne Villa, genau wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz. Toller Pool. Lage ist perfekt und ruhig, man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Die Gastgeberin ist total lieb&nett. Bei allen Fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit kontaktieren.
