Upstairs, the en‑suite master bedroom and twin room provide flexible accommodation for families or friends.
With two bathrooms, a downstairs WC, WiFi, parking at the door, and a secure garden, it’s designed for effortless coastal living. Walk to the beach, explore Felbrigg Hall via nearby footpaths, or hop on the train to Sheringham or Norwich—Park View puts you in the perfect spot to enjoy Cromer and the wider North Norfolk coast. Ground Floor: with front door opening into hallway with door to WC and washbasin and stairs leading to first floor.
Door into the Sitting room: with comfortable sofas and Freesat, Smart TV, Blu Ray player, leading into open plan kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washer/dryer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer.

Gate leading to rear access. First floor: landing, with doors opening to principal bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin, TV. Door to: Twin bedroom.
Door to family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. Outside: South facing paved courtyard with raised beds, pergola. 1 x medium size dog permitted at £20.00 per week.
Please note dogs are not permitted on furniture or upstairs. Gate leading to rear access.

Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive.
Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk.
For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks.

this is the second time we have stayed here , the house is perfect in every way , equipped to the highest standard with many added little touches. A perfect position within a 20 minute walk to the town centre in a peaceful neighbourhood.\r\nwe will certainly be returning again

Amazing holiday home. Definitely 5 star. Has everything you would need. Cleanliness and accommodation brilliant. So comfortable. Have had four holidays there this year. Have stayed here for the past four years. Will definitely be booking again next year.

Lovely clean and comfortable modern house. Not handy for shops or amenities. 20 minutes walk into town centre. Had to use the car for the supermarket
