Family Apartment at the Edge of the Forest - Smart & Ecological
This approximately 110 sqm vacation apartment is very bright and friendly, completely renovated according to ecological criteria, with a pleasant indoor climate, especially for allergy sufferers, largely barrier-free for seniors and people with disabilities, and a smart apartment in a double sense: We have strived to design the apartment with consensus for young and old, with a high recognition value, and to fully digitize it with a future-oriented approach: You, dear visitor, determine lighting scenes according to your mood – or darken automatically.

The spacious kitchen area with complete and dimmable work surface and ceiling lighting invites cozy get-togethers and cooking.

There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bedrooms evoke childhood memories and allow for restful sleep due to the good indoor climate thanks to clay walls and ceilings.

One of the bedrooms is also equipped with a baby cot. In all living areas, the continuous solid wood flooring is always warm underfoot and radiates coziness and warmth. Relaxing Recreation at the Edge of the Forest Both the vacation apartment and the double room at the edge of the forest are very brightly and friendly furnished, completely renovated, with a pleasant indoor climate, and digitized with LAN and WLAN and corresponding monitors for young (digital games) and old (home office). The rear sun terrace invites relaxation with conversations or barbecues.
From there, the adjacent forest offers hikers immediate access to various hiking trails.
The nearby small Nethe lake offers additional relaxation with sunbathing lawns and areas for picnics, a children's playground, and boating. Neuenheerse, the most beautiful of Bad Driburg's 10 districts, is nestled in the nature park Southern Teutoburg Forest on the eastern slope of the Eggegebirge mountains.
The flair of its more than 1100-year history is most evident in the famous Eggedom and the Heerse water castle with its museums on local history and African ethnography. Payment is by bank transfer (21 days before arrival). Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We kindly ask you to inform us of your approximate arrival time briefly by phone or email. Departure is possible until 10:00 AM. Key handover is done in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
