CASA WAU - KOJO - Studio Apartment is a 3 star Studio. It is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - pedestrian area. The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 25 m2. It is located on the ground floor.
The Studio has been recently renovated and is modernly arranged. It is composed of a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, all necessary dishes and utensils) with a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays. With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 300 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Igor and Alessia were extremely helpful and responsive, especially with transportation into Rovinj so late in the evening. The location is central and walkable to many sites and amazing restaurants! We’ve fallen in love with Rovinj and hope to be back soon.

A great accommodation on a perfect location – everything is within a walking reach. The street is very quiet and cool, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning once. Our host Alessia was very responsive and helpful and went an extra mile to have us checked in earlier because we arrived too early. Definitively recommended, will visit again!

I enjoyed my stay at Studio Kojo. The location is perfect and I enjoyed the easy access, to the main Carera pedestrian street. It was clean and I appreciated the towel change service during my 1 week stay.
It might be worth considering put up a full length mirror (perhaps fixed on the inside of the wardrobe).
