Bequeme Betten und Holzboden, gut eingerichtete Küche, großer Fernseher, Bad ist schon älter, Gartenmöbel nicht gereinigt, Garten voller Unkraut, dringender Rückschnitt der Sträucher und des Baumes nötig, Ansammlung von Ausrangiertem vor der Garage...
Den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt.
Für den Preis wurde mehr erwartet.

Dans l'ensemble bien. Sympathique petite maison proche de Cabourg à pieds.
Un porte serviette dans la salle de bain serait très utile.
Il serait bien de refaire les quelques carreaux de carrelage cassés dans l'entrée et de remettre le numéro d'entrée de la maison.
L'extérieur pas très soigné, pelou...

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce et assez grand pour un groupe de plusieurs personnes, la cuisine est bien équipé, cependant un mode d'emploi concernant l'utilisation des électroménager serait un plus!!
