We would highlight the house is the spacious and pleasant outdoor space, to enjoy the summer with the family. The interior is very well equipped and cared for, nothing is missing.
The closest beach is Playa de Riells, about 11 minutes on foot (900m). Riells is the most tourist area in summer and variety of activities, restaurants, and shops. On the Paseo Los Domingos they do the weekly market throughout the year.
The house is on one level, with a large outdoor space around the perimeter of the house, it has a terrace in front and behind the house. And upstairs there is a more intimate solarium.
The maximum capacity is 6 people: ideal 4 adults + 2 children
Distribution:Living room: equipped with TV, table and chairs, and has a more intimate corner with a sofa bed (click-clack type 140cm). Air conditioning in the living room.
Kitchen: equipped with everything you need for your use: ceramic hob, fridge oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and for the table. In the storage room it has a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, and from which it gives access to the entrance terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms: a double room with a 135cm bed and another bedroom with a 2x90cm bed, a sofa bed in the living room (click-clack type)
Bathroom: (toilet and sink) and a complete bathroom (toilet, toilet, and shower).
Exterior entrance: can be used both as a terrace and to park 1 car. It is also possible to leave the car outside at the entrance of the house.
It is a quiet area, dead end street and residential.
