In winter, the property is just over half a kilometer from the Sellaronda or the ski bus stop for other destinations, thus reachable in less than 1 minute by car.
In summer, the property boasts vast meadows around the house, with a dedicated private garden and panoramic bench.
Trails to the Dolomite passes start directly from the house.
The town center with all services is reachable in less than 2 minutes by car, being about 2 km from the house, but the first restaurants and bars are less than half a kilometer away.
The bus stop is also just over half a kilometer away.
Despite being in the midst of nature, Chalet Prinoth will not leave you wanting for anything, as the house has 1 free parking space in the garage (a second space may be available upon request), free Wi-Fi, ski storage with boot dryer, bicycle storage with bike washing facilities, linens, towels, and the possibility to use the washing machine upon request.
Chalet Prinoth will allow you to experience the true emotion of mountain living! Pets are not allowed.
N.B.: The property is regularly served by an asphalt road that is constantly cleared, but for safety, guests are advised to equip themselves with winter tires and chains between November and April to avoid difficulties, given the steepness of the route.

Some homes offer remote check-in with keyless entry via code; please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to verify if the house you booked is among these.

Not all homes allow pets.
To avoid misunderstandings, please inform us via a separate email if you intend to bring them with you.
For homes where pets are allowed, there is a supplement of €15.00 per animal per night.
A crib, high chair, and bed rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance.
Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only upon notification by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in.
Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the internal temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).
Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
If permitted, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional charge will apply (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).
It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity out of the apartment and prevent mold formation.
If this rule is not followed and mold is found upon guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, so the service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc.
Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be replenished during your stay.
Payments required to access the apartment are the tourist tax + a pre-authorization of the security deposit via SWIKLY of €500 via credit card.
If not previously agreed upon, physical keys, the guest card, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office at Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise a €50 charge will be applied for key collection.
The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.
It does not include washing dishes and removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, unwashed dishes, and unremoved trash will incur additional charges, based on the extent of the extra labor hours.

Nice place but they charged me €80 for excessive cleaning ( dishes & one trash was full on the bathroom) although they already charged me around €72 for final cleaning when I booked the chalet.. Unfair.!!
