This spacious flat furnished in alpine style particularly boasts its large square footage and wonderful outdoor spaces.



In fact, on the upper floor there are no less than 3 bedrooms, namely 1 double room and 2 single rooms, two of which have access to one of the two balconies. Completing the floor is a modern bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower.



On the lower floor, on the other hand, you will find a very comfortable living room with Tyrolean stove and access to the second balcony, a separate kitchen with direct access to the terrace, and a second bathroom with shower.



The highlight of the house is certainly the idyllic location. To take full advantage of this, the flat has no less than two balconies facing south-east, a large furnished terrace (with outdoor dining table) facing south-west, a flat private garden and large expanses of private lawn like in traditional fairy tales, complete with a panoramic bench.




The separate kitchen, complete with dining table, has everything you need for cooking, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.





Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

Please note that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it will result in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.

This is a spacious two-storey flat, located on the south-facing side of Selva, in a panoramic position, surrounded by greenery, to give you the true feeling of the Dolomites with a view that is nothing short of breathtaking. For nature lovers, this is the perfect location.


In winter, the hotel is just over half a kilometre from the Sellaronda or the ski bus stop for other destinations, and can therefore be reached in less than 1 minute by car.


In summer, the facility boasts vast expanses of lawn around the house, with its own private garden and panoramic bench. The paths to the Dolomite passes start directly from the house.


The centre with all amenities can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car, being approx. 2 km from the house, but the first restaurants and bars are already less than half a kilometre away. The bus stop is also only a little over half a kilometre away.


Despite being in the middle of nature, Chalet Prinoth will not let you lack anything, as the house has 1 free parking space in the garage (a second space may be available on request), free Wi-Fi, ski room with boot warmer, bike room with possibility to wash bikes, linen, towels and the possibility to use the washing machine on request.

N.B.: The structure is regularly served by an asphalted and constantly clean road, but for safety's sake we suggest our guests to equip themselves with winter tyres and chains in the months between November and April, in order to avoid difficulties, given the steepness of the route.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 to 9:00 at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra by credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
