Located on the ground floor, this cosy flat with a pleasant atmosphere boasts comfortable spaces such as two bedrooms, one with a double bed and satellite TV and one with two single beds, a separate kitchen and a spacious living room with a single sofa bed and satellite TV, divided into a living area and a dining room with a table for all to eat together. You will also have a pellet stove at your disposal.


The flat has its own separate entrance and a small outdoor area with seating to enjoy the fresh air of the Dolomites.


You will enjoy an elegant two-room bathroom, complete with shower and whirlpool tub. In addition you will have another small bathroom with washbasin and toilet.


The separate kitchen is worthy of the most passionate cooks, as it is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.


Wi-Fi, linen and towels are of course provided free of charge.

Please note that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it results in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.


The Casa Everest Bruno is located in a sunny area, called Col da Lech, very close to the centre of Selva di Val Gardena and boasts the first ski lifts 300 metres away.


This house for rent in Selva offers a spacious flat with all comforts, ideal for any kind of holiday in the mountains.


In winter you will find the first ski lifts or the ski bus stop only 200 to 300 metres from the house, for the return from the slopes of the Sellaronda there is a small skiable path, which takes you on skis right up to a few steps from the house.


Ideal for discovering the immense Dolomiti Superski area, the largest ski area in the world!


Even the "Nives" children's ski camps, where many courses of the Selva ski schools take place, are only 300 metres from the house.


In summer, on the other hand, the Val Gardena cycle path and the Val Gardena train ride pass right by the house, for the convenience of families with children or those who prefer comfortable walks. Also for those who wish to discover the magical paths of the Dolomites, Casa Everest Bruno is perfectly located, as the mountain paths start just above the house.


To the delight of families with children who wish to spend their holidays in Val Gardena, a large public playground is located less than 100 metres from the house, which also features a small football pitch.


The supermarket and the first restaurants and bars are also just a few minutes' walk away.

In Casa Everest Bruno you will not lack all the comforts you need for a perfect mountain holiday, as the holiday house has a private car park, ski room with boot warmer, free Wi-Fi connection and linen and towels, also free of charge.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 to 9:00 at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
