Comfortable two-room flat, furnished in light wood, which can accommodate up to 5 persons.


Located completely on the ground floor, the property consists of a double room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.


The kitchenette has an oven, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.


Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Please note that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it will result in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.


The Apartment Jasmin is located only 50 metres from the former Ciampinoi chairlift and the connecting slope to the Ciampinoi (Sellaronda - Dolomiti Superski). It is also just a stone's throw from the centre of Selva Val Gardena. Buses and ski buses (free of charge) stop approx. 200 m from the house and run at a frequency of one every ten minutes, during peak hours.


This is the ideal flat for those who want to ski in the largest ski area in the world Dolomiti Superski and tread the snow on the legendary Sellaronda. You can discover the whole of Val Gardena starting from Selva di Val Gardena and reach the neighbouring villages such as Santa Cristina Val Gardena and Ortisei Val Gardena by bus or car in just a few minutes.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 to 9:00 at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
