This very cute little apartment consists of a triple room with a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, and window.
The entire apartment is located on the ground floor, has a private entrance, and there is a bench outside.
The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table, hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, and much more.

Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
If permitted, it is only available upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost.
In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional charge will apply (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows). It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to release humidity from the apartment and prevent mold formation.
If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon guest departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc.
Any consumables present are considered a welcome kit only and will not be replenished during your stay. Payments required to enter the apartment are the tourist tax + the pre-authorization of the security deposit via SWIKLY of €500 via credit card. If not previously agreed, physical keys, benefit cards, and other accessories provided at check-in must be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise a €50 charge will apply for key collection. The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.

Easy Parking. Comfortable apartment with plenty of bathrooms. Loved all the balconies with great views. Jasmin apartment was great for mountain bikers because it was right on one of the bike trails, so was easy to stop at mid-ride. Everything within easy walking including the gondola.
