All exterior windows of the house have been completely renovated, with a special focus on improving soundproofing. This improvement has been specifically designed to minimize any external noise, allowing you to fully enjoy your rest and relaxation in our accommodation. Two-story house. It has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes on the second floor.
On the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of over 20 m² with a full bathroom and laundry room. The open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. On the first floor is the living room with a television and the second double bedroom and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the third floor is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the internal pedestrian street. Sheets and towels are an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price. There is a parking space located 10 minutes from the house.
