Pack your bags for a relaxing holiday in our 1 Bedroom Holiday House in Montignac, discovering the beautiful Dordogne department! This unit features a terrace and includes free access to the half-covered heated pool from April to September.

Come stay in our 30m2 maisonette in the heart of the Dordogne department! Montignac is best known for its proximity to the famous Grottes de Lascaux, a pre-historic site with beautifully preserved paintings from the Palaeolithic age. The town sits on the banks of the Vézère River and its historic centre boasts picturesque narrow streets.
Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4! Our 1 BEDROOM Holiday House features a master bedroom that can sleep up to 2 guests.
You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.
This residence is sometimes split level. Get ready in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided on arrival.
Additional changes and other essential items are available on site but may not be free of charge.
Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities (available for an additional charge). After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE.
Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV (which may only offer French channels). Reconnect with loved ones back home using the WiFi, available for an additional charge (prices available on-site). In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air. In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, a set of hotplates, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, and a kettle.
Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Bastides de Lascaux, where our property is conveniently located.
These include access to the shared heated pool (available from April to September), the sauna (available for an additional charge), a shared barbecue, the on-site fitness centre, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, and a badminton court.
If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with complimentary outdoor parking available on-site (subject to availability)! If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation. Please note that a refundable damage deposit of €400 and a small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected by the resort upon arrival.

Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an optional end of stay cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is not left clean (€55–€80 depending on size). Mid-stay cleaning is available on request (payable on site). LOCAL FAVOURITES We highly recommend taking a trip to the Lascaux II Caves, just a 3-minute drive or a 25-minute walk away, where you can see paintings estimated to be over 17,000 years old! If you're travelling by car, spend your days visiting sacred religious sites like the Saint-Leon-sur-Vezere church, just a 15-minute drive away.
Active travellers will love kayaking or canoeing on the river.

Nous aurions dû passer directement par le prestataire LAGRANGE VACANCES car Holidu nous affiche un tarif mais le prélèvement est bien supérieur car le lieu de paiement se trouve à l'étranger. Fallait t il le savoir.
La facturation pour le séjour de notre chat est d'un montant excessif ( 39 € la semaine)
