The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

One of the bedrooms with a double bed is en suite with a bathtub, and there is a bedroom with two single beds that is en suite with a shower.

The remaining bedrooms each have two single beds and access to additional bathrooms with showers.

All bedrooms include air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals at home, with direct access to the outdoor area. Outside, the villa invites relaxation, with a private swimming pool (which can be heated at an additional cost) and a BBQ area perfect for al fresco dining with family and friends. Located in the quiet area of Quinta da Balaia, just a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura, and Olhos de Água, this villa offers the perfect balance between rest and proximity to restaurants, shops, and golf courses. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.

For your convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.

With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, considering the property's location.
