Our house was built in 1993 in a youthful, modern country house style with all the comforts of a 4 Edelweiss category and underwent a complete renovation in spring 2022.
Not in the center - but central! You can walk to the village center in about 10 minutes, and the swimming pool and tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity.
The cross-country ski trail is right by the house, and the ski run leads directly to the house due to its proximity to the lift, right at the ski bus stop.
Free parking, Hochkönig Card partner establishment.
To be paid extra: Pets Euro 15,-- per day.
Check-IN: from 1:00 PM Check-OUT until 10:00 AM
How to find our house:
Through the village of Maria Alm - towards Erlebnispark Sommerstein (approx. 500 m) - on the right side.
