A charming converted wing of an old Casa Colonica, offering the perfect balance for exploring Florence whilst enjoying the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
The ideal choice for a holiday with family or friends, the property sleeps 4 and is surrounded by well-kept gardens, with views over the hills, near the city of Florence (just 5 km away). Traditionally built, with terracotta floors on the ground floor and vaulted brick ceilings, the house, which sleeps 4 people, has a spacious living room on the ground floor.
The living room is decorated in a contemporary style with 2 large sofas and a flatscreen TV. French Windows lead from the living room out onto a corner loggia where guests can relax in several traditional Tuscan metalwork armchairs.
Arches on the loggia open up onto the private garden, where there is a table and chairs for guests to dine al fresco. The open-plan kitchen is reached via a small flight of stone stairs off the living room and has a large dining table.
It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Mokka coffee maker. Sleeping Bedroom 1: On the first floor, this sunny bedroom, with polished wooden floors, is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A second bedroom, also on the first floor, with a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: On the ground floor, this large bathroom has a bath with a shower head, bidet, basin and WC Bathroom 2: An airy bathroom on the first floor, with a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC. Also on the first floor, there is an extra WC with a bidet. La communication avec le propriétaire Stefano était correcte et aimable. Beaucoup d’espace et une cuisine très bien équippé. Chambres et maison bien propres. Parking privé et réservé sur le domaine. Chauffage, 3 toilettes, 2 sales de bain. Terrasse et jardin.

nous avons apprécié la maison en elle même, les chambres, les salles de bain. Il manquait un peu de materiel dans la cuisine, notamment le micro onde pourtant annoncé dans l'annonce, qui nous aurait été utile avec un bébé. Heureusement, la chaise haute et le lit bébé étaient bien là, un confort de ne pas avoir eu à les transporter.
