In the commune of Gonfaron in the Var, we offer this charming 130 m² villa with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a swimming pool and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bright, south-facing 50 m² living room with TV and sofas.
- A south-facing veranda with a convivial dining table.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200) which can also be made into a queen-size bed.
- Separate WC.
Access to the terrace from the living room, veranda and bedroom.
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with double basin. Access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view from the comfort of the chilienne.
- A relaxation area with a BZ sofa (160x200).
- A shower room with double basins and shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside
South-facing, you'll enjoy a lovely 1,500 m² enclosed garden and swimming pool (private, unheated, size 11x6). It can be used from May to October, weather permitting, and is equipped with an alarm system.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, 1 cot, 2 high chairs, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Gonfaron, in a very pleasant environment just a 10-minute walk from the town center. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

- Le Lavandou 35 km away (58 minutes by car)
- Saint-Tropez 39 km (54 minutes by car)

- A completely independent annex located in the rear courtyard of the property may be occupied by the owners. In this case, parking can be shared.
- The entire house is air-conditioned.
- A small camera films the entrance gate.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Eau Var Nettoyage (concierge / housekeeping service).
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
