The apartment is located in the San Martino district, full of historic buildings and glimpses of suggestive city landscapes. Walking through the streets of the village you can admire historic buildings, gardens and churches, such as the Redini Theater, little known, and museum sites such as Palazzo Lanfranchi and then culminate in the splendid setting of the Scotto Garden. Crossing the Ponte di Mezzo, one of the oldest in the city, you pass on the other side of the Arno river from which you can reach the Piazza dei Miracoli and admire the particular tower that characterizes the city and the medieval Cathedral.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.


Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).


If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;

- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;

- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;

- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.
