Located in Villefranche sur Mer and very close to St jean Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu sur Mer, L'ANGE GARDIEN is a beautiful air-conditioned holiday rental flat with a lovely terrace and a view of the garden.
It is located in the Pierre & Vacances residence and close to all amenities. Les Marinières beach is 300 metres away and there are supermarkets in Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer. Free parking and Wi-Fi in the residence. There is also a tennis court at the entrance to the residence (for a fee) and a community swimming pool* (also for a fee).
The layout of this flat:
A living/dining room opening onto a lovely terrace with garden views.
A large open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet.
You also benefit from 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a bunk bed.
Your accommodation benefits from a free WIFI internet connection.
It is on level 2 with lift and has the advantage of being very quiet.
Villefranche train station is 1km from the flat on foot and Nice airport is only 25min away by car.
A laundry room on the lower floor with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for a fee.
