The flat is located in the main building of the Melinenburg. The car park to the flat is 20 metres away on the property, so you can easily load and unload your luggage. You will receive the disinfected key from us personally or in a key safe at the entrance. Our open-plan holiday flat with living, sleeping, dining and cooking areas is located on the ground floor. The underfloor heating installed in the flat has a cooling function, which also ensures pleasant temperatures in summer.

Sleeping:
The sleeping area is equipped with a box spring bed of 160 x 200 cm and two bedside cabinets with socket and USB charging option. We only use quality bed linen from Schiesser on the beds.

Living:
The living area invites you to linger with a corner sofa and an armchair. The corner sofa can be converted into a bed for one adult or two smaller children. The TV with satellite connection can be viewed from both the living area and the sleeping area. The TV can also be used as a monitor.

Working:
In the living area there is a small workstation with a desk lamp.

Cooking:
The cooking area has everything you need for a short stay. As a starter kit, we provide you with coffee pods, tea bags in various flavours, salt, pepper and sugar, as well as a bottle of mineral water. In addition to a toaster, coffee machine and egg cooker for a relaxed breakfast, there is also an oven with grill function for snacks in between meals and an easy-to-use dishwasher for washing up. You can store your provisions in our 84-litre fridge with freezer compartment.

Dining:
We have placed a dining table with two comfortable chairs opposite the cooking area.

Bistro:
The neighbouring Bistro Präg offers breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday. You can also buy fresh bread rolls there.

Shopping:
There are several petrol stations, various supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Lidl), bakeries and other shopping facilities within a radius of approx. 1 km. There is also a bistro on the neighbouring property, where you can get fresh bread rolls from Monday to Friday.

From us to the city:
The city centre can be reached in 15 minutes by car or public transport. You can also reach the city centre in around 20 minutes via cycle paths through Abtnaundorfer Park and Mariannenpark. The Porsche factory, airport and DHL can be reached in 15 minutes. The BMW plant and the Leipzig Trade Fair Centre are only 5 km away and can be reached by bike and car in just a few minutes.

Leisure:
A quarry pond, outdoor pool and indoor pool are within walking distance. The Parthe-Mulde cycle path runs nearby through the Abtnaundorfer Park and offers a good introduction to the cycle path network of northern Saxony as far as the

Neuseeenland.
Leipzig also offers a wide range of sporting, architectural, museum, zoological and cultural highlights, for which even a four-week holiday is not enough. We will be happy to give you sightseeing tips.

Pets:
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. However, the dog should not be left alone in the flat for long periods of time. We also ask that you do not leave your dog on the upholstery or bed. There is a dog bowl in the flat. For the dog we charge a surcharge of 10 euros per night.

Guest tax:
The city of Leipzig has been levying an accommodation tax of 5% on the gross overnight price since 01 April 2023. The tax is not included in the booking price of the booking portal and must be paid additionally by the guest and will be paid by us to the city. After your booking, you will receive an invoice from us for the travel price agreed in your portal, plus the applicable guest tax.

Dogs:
We charge 10 euros/night for bringing a dog. Please inform us in advance if you would like to bring your pet with you. The animal must not be left alone in the flat during the stay.
