The apartment is located in the main building of the Melinenburg.
The parking space for the apartment is 20 meters away on the property, allowing you to conveniently load and unload your luggage.
You will receive the disinfected key personally from us or from a key safe at the entrance.
Our open-plan holiday apartment with living, sleeping, dining, and kitchen areas is located on the ground floor.
The underfloor heating built into the apartment has a cooling function that ensures pleasant temperatures even in summer. Sleeping: The sleeping area is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm box spring bed and two nightstands with sockets and USB charging capabilities.
We use only quality bed linen from Schiesser on our beds. Living: The living area invites you to relax with a corner sofa and an armchair.
The corner sofa can be converted into a bed for one adult or two smaller children.
The TV with satellite connection can be viewed from the living area and also from the sleeping area.
The TV can also be used as a monitor. Working: There is a small workspace with a desk lamp in the living area. Kitchen: The kitchen area has everything you need for a short stay.
As a starter kit, we provide coffee pods, tea bags in various flavors, salt, pepper, and sugar, as well as a bottle of mineral water.
In addition to a toaster, coffee machine, and egg boiler for a relaxed breakfast, there is also an oven with a grill function for snacks and an easy-to-use dishwasher for cleanup.
You can store your brought provisions in our 84-liter refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Dining: Opposite the kitchen area, we have placed a dining table with two comfortable chairs. Bistro: The neighboring Bistro Präg offers breakfast and lunch specials from Monday to Friday.
You can also buy fresh bread rolls there. Shopping: Within a radius of approximately 1 km, you will find several gas stations, various supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Lidl), bakeries, and other shopping facilities.
Additionally, there is a bistro on the neighboring property where you can get fresh bread rolls from Monday to Friday. Getting to the City from Us: The city center can be reached by car or public transport in 15 minutes.
You can also reach the old town in about 20 minutes via bike paths through Abtnaundorfer Park and Mariannenpark.
The Porsche factory, as well as the airport and DHL, are reachable in 15 minutes.
The BMW plant and the Leipzig Trade Fair are only 5 km away and can be reached by bike and car in a few minutes. Leisure: Within walking distance, there is a gravel pit lake, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool.
The Parthe-Mulde cycle path runs nearby through Abtnaundorfer Park and offers good access to the cycle path network of Northern Saxony, extending to the Neuseenland region.
Furthermore, Leipzig offers diverse sporting, architectural, museum, zoological, and cultural highlights, for which even a four-week vacation is not enough.
We are happy to provide you with sightseeing tips. Pets: You are welcome to bring your dog.
However, the dog should not be left alone in the apartment for extended periods.
We also ask that you do not allow the animal on upholstery or the bed.
A dog bowl is provided in the apartment.
We charge an additional fee of 10 Euros per night for the dog. Visitor's Tax: Since April 1, 2023, the city of Leipzig has levied a tourist tax of 5% on the gross overnight stay price.
The tax is not included in the booking price of the booking portal and must be paid additionally by the guest and will be remitted by us to the city.
