In idyllic tranquility and with a dreamlike view of the village of Benz, the holiday home "Benzer Höh" on the island of Usedom welcomes you. With 185 square meters and four bedrooms, the holiday home offers space for up to nine people.
Ideal for a holiday with the whole family. The spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a large sofa set, armchairs, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a surround system.
On cold winter days, the fireplace provides additional comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
During the summer months, you can enjoy your evenings together on the adjoining terrace.
While you heat up the permanently installed fireplace grill, the children can have fun in the garden with a play tower, slide, and swing.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can also dine excellently in the kitchen and dining area.
The large dining table offers a place for every family member.
The high-quality equipped kitchen invites you to cook and self-cater with useful kitchen gadgets. The bedrooms are located on the upper floors.
Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 meters) and their own TV; dressers are available in all rooms for your wardrobe.
One of the bedrooms also offers a walk-in closet.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 meters) as well as a single bed (sleeping area 0.90 x 2.00 meters). The extensive view can be enjoyed from the two adjoining balconies.
From the bedroom under the roof, you can even look as far as the nearby Schmollensee lake.
The large bathroom on the upper floor features a toilet and a walk-in shower, as well as two washbasins, a bathtub, and – as an additional highlight – its own sauna.

Das Haus hatte eine super Ausstattung. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war nur 7 Autominuten und der Strand 10 Autominuten entfernt 😀 Es gab einen kinderfreundlichen Außenbereich. Spielplatz und Wiese wurden viel genutzt. Toller Außengrill, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, super Check-In / Check-Out.
Ein schönes und gepflegtes Haus. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig.
