Your vacation rental includes on one level: a living room with kitchen leading - without door - to the SPA area and bedroom (a 180x200 double bed, which can be split into 2 90x200 single beds on prior request) , in the middle is the closed bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet with hand basin, a storage cupboard with washing machine.
For your comfort: 2 terraces of 12 m² each (one to the North and the other to the South), a garden of 500 m², a gravelled driveway of 200 m² with private parking space.
On the right of the gîte is a storage area for the owners.
No stress riding on Saturday because here weekly reservations are made FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY.
Outside of summer, SHORT STAYS are possible. Relaxation and relaxation await you in this brand new trendy gîte whose major advantage is having ITS OWN PRIVATE INDOOR SPA! Régine and Didier have just completed this second gîte for 2 people.
The first is opposite their house, on the same property, all on a dairy farm that Didier will show you around on request.
For your getaways on the Emerald Coast the location is great! From this Ploubalay countryside you will find the sea 3 km away, Saint Jacut de la mer and its Pointe du Chevet 9 km away, Saint Cast le Guildo and Saint Malo 17 km away and Dinard 14 km away.
But don't forget to go down to Dinan and Léhon 17 km away along the Rance, pearls of medieval heritage.
Those who do not yet know Mont Saint Michel can discover it 64 km away.

Nous avons passé une ecellente semaine pour nos vacances de printemps. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et le lieu est magnifique. Le gîte est très propre et parfaitement équipé. Merci pour la visite de la ferme, cela nous a beaucoup plu. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Séjour très reposant dans un gîte très cosy et confortable. Nous étions avec un bébé et nous avons eu tout l'équipement sur place. Le Jaccuzi est vraiment un plus pour se relaer après une journée de balade. Logement très propre, au calme et avec une bonne literie :) Tout est au rendez vous pour une parenthèse détente.
