La Maison Bleue // LLA Selections by Location lac Annecy


This completely renovated terraced house with blue shutters is part of an old Savoyard farmhouse. The house faces due south, so it gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day until sunset......... The lake is just 3 minutes away by car (15 minutes on foot), so all you have to do is enjoy it! A beautiful white sandy beach where you can relax with friends or family.


The Maison Bleue property is composed as follows:



Ground floor:

- Spacious living/dining room, triple openings

- Access to fully equipped independent kitchen with French window onto the terrace

- Bathroom with shower-Washbasin and independent Wc


1st floor:

- 1 double bedroom (king size bed)

- 2 TWIN bedrooms whose beds can be adjoined in queensize bed.

All the rooms have lovely mountain views..


Equipment:

Iron, internet access via Bouygues, electric heating, outside parking (2 spaces) same building, tv, satellite/NETFLIX, dvd.

The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.


For a pleasant stay, the Maison Bleue has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children

A deposit of €1,000 will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.


Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

The Val de Tamié is a 27-kilometre Nordic ski area, with an exceptional view of Tamié Abbey. There are plenty of activities nearby:

Snowshoeing : This activity can be enjoyed on your own by following the hiking trails.


For those who prefer to take it easy, the immersive nature of snowshoeing will reveal a world of silence and nature, out of time, that is simply inaccessible to skiers. In short, it's the perfect way to capture your best shots of the Nordic landscape.

Ski touring, cross-country skiing, a good compromise between sliding and hiking, tobogganing, contemplative walks. A Nordic area in the heart of nature!

- La Grimpette (2.5 km): This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and runs the length of the "Bûcherons" green alpine trail. It leads up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.

- Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km): This trail is located in the Plateau Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It can be accessed from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle path, it stretches up to the foothills of the Bauges massif.
