Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.


- It is compulsory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Option of key collection at the accommodation. It must be requested 48h00 before the day of check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros


*You must take into account that there may be a delay at the time of key handover, at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.




- Late arrival and departure option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safe deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning
. The house must be properly cleaned, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the bins on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of 100€ will be charged from the security deposit.




IMPORTANT
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must take care to pick up after them and clean up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.




Beach towels are not provided.




Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.



- Pets up to 10 kg are allowed: this service has an extra cost of 6€/pet/day. For bookings with stays longer than 7 days the maximum cost will be 42€/pet/booking.



- No smoking in this accommodation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or any loss during your stay.
