**About the Host**
"Rural, tiny, and quiet, that's Brockhausen... - And right in the middle: the Meyerhof! When you arrive, you'll immediately be greeted by our Cameroon sheep.
The pasture is right next to our parking lot.
However, you are welcome to drive right up to our house to unload your luggage.
Once you've parked the car back in the lot and walk past the sheep pasture, you'll notice that our pony (Smarty) and our donkey (Romeo) are also on the pasture.
Romeo is very cuddly and loves to be petted, and Smarty is enjoying his retirement here and loves to be groomed. Our cat and her three kittens, Fleckchen, Flöckchen, and Flauschi, also enjoy a good petting session. On the opposite side of the parking lot, you'll discover our relaxation garden with a pretty pond and a pavilion.
This garden is intended for parents who want to read their books, chat, drink coffee, and relax in peace and quiet.
Due to the pond, children should only enter this garden with parental supervision.
Once you've recovered from your arrival, leave the small garden and head up to the courtyard.
Bobycars, pedal tractors, small and large pedal cars, jump ropes, sidewalk chalk.
The courtyard offers children plenty of space to romp around.
With the ride-on toys, children can ride to the parking lot at the street; parents, don't worry, there is very, very little traffic on our street.
And if your children prefer to play in the sand, our play garden adjoins the courtyard.
On the playground, children will find swings, a slide, a trampoline, a play tower, and a huge sandbox.
A little way off from the play equipment is a fire pit where you can bake stick bread with your children, or you can ask for the grill and enjoy a cozy evening or day with sausages and steaks.
If you want to stretch your legs but don't want to leave the property, walk past the playground behind the house, go straight ahead, and sit under our ancient oak tree or continue into our former boxwood garden.
On 1800 sqm, there is a former show and sales garden, which you can stroll through whenever you feel like it. Another highlight is our private hedge maze, which guests may partially use.
This garden was created by us in 2008 on our own initiative.
The private garden is approx. 2000 sqm in size and includes five small gardens, which are currently still under development and can be used as relaxation oases.
As there are also poisonous plants here, this garden is not a playground! Your four-legged companion is also very welcome here.
It's also not far for walks; just a few steps from the property, you're immediately in the field and can take wonderful walks with your dog without being disturbed by cars. Our 8 holiday apartments are fully equipped and lovingly furnished.
Since the summer of 2017, 6 of the holiday apartments have been completely newly renovated.
Here you will find something for couples, for families of 4, or if you have a large family of 6, or if you are taking a vacation with your best friends or dearest relatives.
Or if you are a construction company looking for accommodation and want to save the expensive service of a hotel, your employees will find a nice place to stay with plenty of space here. **Conditions/Extras** Arrival from 3:00 PM; Departure by 11:00 AM 30% deposit after booking confirmation; 80% cancellation fee; we recommend travel cancellation insurance. All prices include utilities, bed linen, towels Dogs welcome €5 per night Travel cot, high chair available Free Wi-Fi **Directions** From the A1 motorway, take the Bramsche exit, then the B217, and further along the B65 towards Bad Essen.

Ausstattung in Ordnung
