We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Xonrupt-Longemer, this charming chalet of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with stove), an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 600 m². Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you!
The housing of lime pit foot is composed in the following way:
- A living room of 30 m² with a double sofa bed, a TV, a stove (with pellets) and a dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower.
Exterior:
- An enclosed garden with trees of about 600 m².
- A terrace of 30 m² exposed East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days!
- A garage at disposal as well as the availability to park 4 vehicles on the ground.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, fan, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The chalet is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the center of the village. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Nearby :
- Lake Longemer located at 2.5 km (4 minutes by car).
- Poli ski resort located at 2 km (5 minutes by car).
- La Bresse and Gerardmer ski resorts located 8 km away (12 minutes by car).
- Jardin d'Altitude du Haut Chitelet located at 12.9 km (15 minutes by car).
- Colmar located at 48.3 km (59 minutes by car).
Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area of Poli, Gerardmer or La Bresse! Live a unique experience by skiing at night on sound tracks, go snowboarding, sledding, downhill skiing and for more sensations, try the experience of pony-sledding or a dog sled ride! In December, come to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade and in January, we await you for the fantastic film festival!
In summer, come and enjoy the beauty of the different landscapes of the region! Between the different lakes and the breathtaking viewpoints, you can enjoy many activities: cycling, climbing, fishing or hiking (Randoland) but also different water sports on the sumptuous lake of Longemer!
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage and private parking of the house.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Colmar station located at 47.2 km (56 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located at 109 km (1h34 by car).
Other remarks :
- Free wifi available (fiber optic).
- The stove is functional, pellets provided.
- Pets up to 10 kilos maximum accepted, on request, optional: 15€/stay. Only one animal accepted per stay. Please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Mooie chalet met alles wat je nodig hebt. Alleen een beetje aan de kleine kant, maar dat deert niet als je een ganse dag weg bent op uitstap. Omheinde tuin goed voor onze hond. Onze activiteiten: wandelingen rond het het meer van Longemer

au coeur d'un petit bourg très calme, accès facile à pied ou à vélo au lac de longemer en passant par le cœur du village. Chalet très cosy et fonctionnel, facile à vivre. nous avions loué le linge de maison et petit plus les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. merci

Le logement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche de Gérardmer, proche du lac de Longemer, le logement dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée
Dommage que la pelouse n'est pas été pas tondue et qu'il n'y a pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bain, sinon RAS
