-großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, modern ausgestattet
-gro0er Balkon mit Sicht auf den weit entfernten See und das schweizer Ufer
-die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer gehen nicht nach draußen sondern in den Treppenflur - das geht garnicht !!!
-das Kinderzimmer und das Bad sind winzig klein, normaler Mitteleuropäer paßt kaum in die Dusche
-Leuchtmittel in Bad und Schlafzimmer sind defekt oder fehlen
-Schublade im Kinderzimmer ...

Die Wohnung ist alt, die Lage gut und das Wetter war super
Die Dusche ist nicht sauber, die Ecken und Fugen verschimmelt.
Geschirr mit abgesplitterten stellen und mit Risse.
WC Reinigung leere Flasche, für 8 Tage nur 3 Stück Tabs für die Spülmaschine.
Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon kaputt, Kissen für Terrassen Stühle nur 3 Stück und eins davon noch zerrissen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist prima.

Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz. Zur Vorderseite sieht man einen Obst- und Weinberg, vom Balkon aus sieht man über den Bodensee auf die Schweizer Berge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Haltestelle vom ÖPNV. Meersburg hat eine schöne Altstadt und Seepromenade und man kann von hier aus die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Bodenseekreises gut erkunden.
Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten repariert oder ersetzt werden.
