The house of 280m2 is brand new and located in a quiet area of Santa Susanna's town only 2km from the beach and promenade, 50min from Barcelona and 34km from the Airport of Girona.
It is divided into two floors and has terraces with spectacular sea views, large garden with a 9x5m private pool and a built-in barbecue.
On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed for two people in the hall and 2 bathrooms with shower.
It has air conditioning, heating for winter, smart TV with Netflix, wifi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and easy parking outside.
Key collection takes place in the same house from 6pm to 9pm with an option to extend.
It is a smoke-free establishment and groups under 30 years old are not accepted.
Garden and pool maintenance work will be carried out periodically.
At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 30 years are not allowed.
We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
