Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
This spectacular villa located on the outskirts of Coín offers a unique setting for families and groups looking for comfort and nature. With a 20-metre private pool ideal for swimmers, the property stands out for its special architectural design and spaces designed for family enjoyment. The location is unbeatable: just 15 minutes' drive from La Trocha shopping centre, with easy access to services, leisure and restaurants. It is also well connected to attractions such as El Caminito del Rey, the Picasso Museum in Malaga and the Alcazaba, as well as nearby cities such as Marbella and Malaga. Malaga airport is 40 minutes away, making it easy to reach.
Location
The villa is set in a fenced plot surrounded by citrus groves, with nature trails ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching. The access is easy, through a compact dirt road that leads to the parking area and to an outdoor area equipped for leisure: barbecue with pergola and lawn area with sunbeds for sunbathing. The large swimming pool (20x5 metres) is perfect for swimming laps and keeping fit, and has an outdoor bathroom with shower for added comfort. At night, the ambient lighting in the barbecue area creates a special atmosphere.
The interior of the villa impresses with high ceilings with wooden details and a rustic and harmonious decoration. The main entrance, flanked by replicas of terracotta warriors, leads into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, television and balanced lighting that invites you to relax. The adjoining dining room, with a high quality wooden table, is the perfect place to enjoy family meals, with the option to also dine on the outdoor terrace overlooking the river and valley.
The kitchen is designed with high-end materials and equipped with modern appliances such as fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and juicer, designed to facilitate food preparation and create special moments with the family.
The accommodation has five bedrooms for up to 8 people, distributed in three interior bedrooms with access to the terrace and two exterior bedrooms that can be rented as extra places with a supplement. The bedrooms are rustic in style with wood and have en-suite bathrooms; two of the rooms with single beds share a bathroom, and the other two have double beds. All offer secure and tidy luggage storage.
An inner courtyard with a tree provides natural shade and a cosy atmosphere, ideal for relaxing in summer or enjoying the bright evenings. The villa also has central heating on request and with a supplement, guaranteeing comfort during your stay.
