Apartment 001 is located in a quiet, nature-surrounded area on the outskirts of Kassel, in a half-timbered house from the 19th century.
The apartment is 50 sqm and offers ample space for two adults (babies/toddlers with travel cots are also very welcome). It includes a hallway, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
Bed linen and towels are included, and a high chair is available. Amenities 1 living area (sofa, table, wardrobe, as well as workspace/desk, TV with TV Magenta and numerous other program providers, fast WiFi, and the option of a LAN connection). The living area, like the sleeping area, features warm cherry wood floorboards. 1 sleeping area (2 single beds, 90x200, bed linen included), separated from the living area by half-timbered wooden beams, with reading lamps and bedside tables. Clean, disinfected Crocs in various sizes are always provided for use within the apartment. 1 kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coffee powder, coffee creamer, jam, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, and olive oil included; dishes, cutlery) 1 bathroom with toilet, urinal, and shower (hand and bath towels, soap included). The urinal area is tiled with old retro tiles from Villeroy & Boch from 1900. Parking space in a public area (on a quiet street), Bicycle storage facilities, Use of washing machine and dryer possible on request if needed. Arrival and Departure Times Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, but generally possible 24/7 (see below). Guests are kindly requested to inform the host of their approximate arrival time in advance. The key is usually handed over personally at the property.
If this is not possible, the key will be deposited, and guests will receive written check-in instructions (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp). Check-in is also possible after 10:00 PM. In this case, the key will be deposited as described above. On the day of departure, the key should be left in the apartment door (simply insert it from the outside). If the check-out time is not adhered to, the guest may be charged for an additional night. Location Nature-oriented suburban location, all shopping facilities (bakery, grocery store, organic baker, butcher, vegetable shop, pharmacy, drugstore, Italian ice cream parlor), restaurants, and doctors within a 300-meter radius.

Eine geschmackvolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber alles sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
In dem Stadtteil findet man alles was man brauch (Restaurants, Bäcker, Apotheken ect.)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist ganz neu renoviert. Ausstattung alles sehr hochwertig. Alles wa wir brauchten war vorhanden.
