The apartments are suitable for 1 to 6 people. The Amy and Luna apartments also have a private, privacy-protected garden area. The Maggy apartment has a partially covered, spacious terrace. The forest is in the immediate vicinity, and various shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery) and the city center (2 km) are within walking distance. The 100 Castles Route and the Römer-Lippe Route are only about 500 m away. An information folder is available in the apartment. An electric charging station is available, as is a lockable and covered storage area for bicycles.

Private wellness area (sauna, whirlpool, pool): Daily sole use (except on the day of departure) for 3 hours (continuously) for an additional charge of EUR25.00 per night (up to 3 people, from 4 to 6 people EUR35.00 per person). Night surcharge) can be booked additionally. If you don't want to use the wellness area every day but only occasionally, you can book it for EUR30.00 (up to 3 people, EUR40.00 for 4 to 6 people). The holiday flat Luna is a cosy and modern furnished holiday flat with 100sqm living space for up to 6 people. The flat is close to the town, forest and lake. The flat has its own car park directly in front of the house and has a small, separate garden area and its own covered terrace with a barbecue (on request). The flat has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a living room, a kitchen with various electrical appliances and dishwasher, as well as three bedrooms (with double and single beds). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed and thus offers two additional sleeping places. Internet via WLAN is included. The forest is in the immediate vicinity, and various shopping facilities (supermarket, butcher, bakery) and the city centre (2 km) are within walking distance.
