For the equipped facilities, the use of the sports facilities during the opening hours is governed by the individual regulations of the respective housing complexes approved at the housing community assembly and in any case subject to any legal restrictions imposed by the local authorities, regional and national. No responsibility is taken for the partial or total non-use of the swimming pools, tennis courts and additional sports facilities in the individual complexes caused or more forcing by epidemiological, bacteriological risk situations, unfavorable climatic conditions, official measures, unforeseeable circumstances. In any case, the use of sports facilities represents an ancillary and possible performance of the service and is not an essential contractual condition. Obligation to wear a bathing cap.
