Buonasera, rispetto all'anno scorso abbiamo notato un peggioramento, nessun welcome-kit, i condizionatori non del tutto funzionanti perchè faticano a refigerare l'ambiente in tempi ragionevoli, nella moca più piccola la guarnizione è vecchia e andrebbe sostituita, il coprimaterasso del letto matrimo...
