The beautiful flat 2 on the 1st floor, for 3-5 people with 48m2 is equipped with:
1 bedroom with 3 box spring beds, each 90cmx200cm, bed linen, SAT-TV
1 living room with a very comfortable pull-out couch, SAT-TV, kitchenette and dining table.
The kitchenette is equipped with: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, electric cooker, toaster, pots, cutlery, crockery
1 bathroom with WC, shower, fresh towels and hairdryer.
1 covered terrace with electric awning and seating set
1 parking space per flat directly in front of the house.
Ski boot dryer is located in the ski room of the house on the ground floor.
W-Lan Internet is available throughout the house, cot and high chair available by arrangement.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
The most modern cable car in the world with Europe's best snow park, the Penkenbahn, can be reached on foot in 300m.
The family-friendly Ahornbahn cable car is a 400m walk away.
The adventure pool with sauna is 200m from the hotel.
The Hotel Ländenhof Superior is 150m away and offers a regional breakfast buffet to external guests upon reservation.
The village of Mayrhofen also has a lot to offer:

The adventure pool with sauna is located 200m from the house.

The prices are in EURO per day/apartment including running costs, crockery, bed linen and towels (excluding tourist tax). W-LAN (Internet) is available free of charge throughout the house.

The local tourist tax will be charged separately on site: € 2,20 per person/day (persons over 15 years)
The final cleaning is charged as a lump sum and once on site: € 70,-.
Only cash payment on site, unfortunately payment by credit, EC, customer, prepaid card, cheque is not possible with us.

Reduction: Children up to 2 years are free!
We are happy to provide you - on request - with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge!
