Pure adventure every season – in winter, ski resorts beckon, while in summer, numerous outdoor activities such as canyoning, rafting, paragliding, or mountain biking await.
Need to unwind after a day full of action? The quiet location not far from the town center makes our house a wonderful retreat.
Look forward to an unforgettable time. The beautiful Apartment 4 Panoramic View on the 3rd floor, for 4-6 people with 43m², is equipped with: * 1 bedroom with a double bed, bed linen * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bed linen * 1 living room with a very comfortable pull-out couch, satellite TV, kitchenette, and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with: * Refrigerator, freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, electric stove, toaster, pots, cutlery, dishes * 1 bathroom with toilet, shower, fresh towels, and hairdryer. * 1 parking space per apartment directly in front of the house. * A ski boot dryer is located in the ski room on the ground floor of the house. * Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house.
A cot and high chair are available upon request. * All rooms are non-smoking rooms. You can reach the most modern cable car in the world with Europe's best snow park, the Penkenbahn, in a 300m walk.
The family-friendly Ahornbahn can be reached in a 500m walk.
The adventure pool with sauna is located 200m from the house.
Hotel Ländenhof Superior is 150m away and offers a regional breakfast buffet to external guests upon reservation.
Mayrhofen itself has much more to offer: ski & snowboard rental, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
Action & Adventure: Skiing & snowboarding, biking, hiking, canyoning, rafting, paragliding, climbing. ---------------------------------------- Prices are in EURO per day/apartment, including operating costs, bed linen, towels, and dishes. (Excluding tourist tax).
Wi-Fi (Internet) is free throughout the house.
The local tourist tax is charged separately: €3.20 per person/day (persons aged 15 and over).
The final cleaning is charged as a flat fee once: €100,-.
Unfortunately, payment by credit, debit, customer, prepaid card, or check is not possible on-site. Discount: Children up to 2 years stay free! We are happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge upon request!
