We are offering this charming apartment for rent in the town of Bénodet, 50 meters from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 42 m², and room for up to 4 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 21 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden where you can enjoy sunbathing.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 21 m² living room with a TV, a sofa bed (double) and a dining area that can seat 4 people. - An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker... - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). - A bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet. Outdoor areas - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September). - A terrace and private garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

This garden also gives access to the residence's garden. - A private parking space numbered and secured by a digital code barrier. The neighborhood: The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment within a charming residence close to the beach (50 m). You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Nearby: - Bénodet Thalasso located 650 m away (8 minutes on foot). - Casino Barrière located 700 m away (9 minutes on foot). - Port authority located 1.4 km away (17 minutes on foot). - La Forêt Fouesnant located 12 km away (18 minutes by car). - Île Tudy located 12.5 km away (17 minutes by car). - Pont l'Abbé located 12.8 km away (16 minutes by car). - Quimper is approximately 17 km away (24 minutes by car).
