Small villa on two floors and immersed in the green hills of the Portofino Natural Park overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio.


Villa Rica is situated in a residential area, reachable from the centre of Santa Margherita Ligure in 5 minutes by car. The house, completely independent, is surrounded by a large fenced garden, at the disposal of the guests.

The lower floor is composed of a large open space in rustic style: in the background is a kitchen complete with every comfort, including dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Opposite, a beautiful dining table opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, wooden armchair, TV and fireplace. The lower floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, which overlooks a small pergola furnished with a table and table football.

The upper floor consists, on the other hand, of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, both furnished and with a large wardrobe. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

The cottage has two separate entrances: one on the lower floor, through which, from the kitchen, there is access to a covered veranda equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a dining table and a usable wood-burning oven. The second entrance, on the upper floor, provides access to a terrace with sun loungers and parasol.

Available to guests are comforts such as free Wi-Fi and central heating.

*Direct access to the gate of the house is only possible with small or medium-sized cars, which can be parked directly in the courtyard of the property, up to a maximum of three. Larger cars can be parked just before the villa about 150 metres away.

The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called 'Dolphin Coast', which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante. Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park, home to an extensive network of usable and well-marked hiking trails.


The Santa Margherita Ligure railway station is 2.5 km from the property while Genoa airport is 42 km away.
