We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Fécamp, this charming flat of a surface of 50 m ² being able to accommodate comfortably 4 travellers.
Located on the 3rd floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony with a view on the abbey and Fécamp.
Wifi (optical fibre), we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A bright living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), dining area for 4 guests and access to the balcony. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet.
Outside : - A balcony of 2 m x 40 cm, facing north with a view of the city and the abbey, to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, fan, washing machine.
The area: The flat is ideally located in Fécamp, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a low traffic area.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Close by: - In the immediate vicinity of the Véloroute du Lin. - Fécamp beach 1.8 km away (7 minutes by car). - The Benedictine Palace 1.3 km away (5 minutes by car). - The abbey 400 m away (5 minutes on foot). - The fisheries museum (6 minutes by car). - Yport, 7 km away (12 minutes by car). - The Dantec stadium is 1 km away (15 minutes on foot).
Activity : Fécamp, a town classified as a "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire", is famous for its fishing port which became the first French cod port.

Le Cocon de L'Abbaye Un séjour très agréable dans ce logement hautement à la hauteur. On ne peut plus calme, très bien équipé, confortable… Super communication avec l’hôte! L’appartement est bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pied avec un enfant de 5 ans (pour qui l’appartement était tout à fait adapté). Super vue!
