This vacation rental is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a pleasant garden with a beautiful view of the Valley. The setting is ideal for recharging your batteries between your escapades! The cottage is presented as follows:
- On the ground floor: a large and beautiful bright living room facing south welcoming the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and the lounge. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 140 cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet with hand basin and a laundry room.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 160 cm bed convertible into 80 cm beds), 1 bedroom for 4 people (4 90 cm beds including 1 bunk bed), a living room with television, a bathroom and a toilet separated.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with a large wooden terrace and parking spaces (2 vehicles) in the driveway. The cottage is located in a small residence of 8 houses. Belle Ile bears its name well because the wild and fascinating nature is revealed to all its visitors: dunes, coves and beaches, cliffs, moors. The views here are breathtaking. Discover Sauzon, a charming little fishing port, home to unmissable sites including Pointe des Poulains and Donnant beach: one of the island's great natural dune sites. Stroll through the streets of Le Palais and its market, hike the GR34 coastal path along the edge of the cliffs on the wild coast and enjoy the clear water on the family beaches. From the cottage, 15 minutes on foot will suffice to reach the port of Le Palais, its shops, bars and restaurants.
