- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2).
- Bathroom with Italian shower, WC, washing machine.

- Private garden of 100 m² facing south, with terrace of 20 m² fitted with garden furniture, dining table, brazier and deck chairs.
- Small terrace at the back of the house, accessible from the kitchen, fitted with garden furniture to have breakfast in the morning, or an aperitif in the evening!
