Marie's Apartment is our small holiday apartment, on the ground floor but with two steps that were unavoidable due to the building's structure.

You first enter a small hallway with a coat rack.

From there, a door leads to the bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower.

The bathroom has a window with opaque glass.

There is also a towel warmer that can be switched on if needed.

Through a doorway from the hallway, you enter the open-plan kitchen.

Here you will find a small, foldable table with two chairs for a quick breakfast.

The kitchen is otherwise equipped with a small dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a kettle.

Cutlery and dishes are provided for 6 people.

From the kitchen, a door leads to the bedroom, which features a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a double bed measuring 1.6m x 2.0m.

Next to the bed are nightstands and lamps.

The bedroom has a double-winged window that can be left ajar day or night. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can manage our schedule accordingly.

Thank you! Back in the kitchen, two steps lead down to the living and dining area.

Here you will find an extendable table with four chairs, a sideboard with additional dishes and games, a television, a 2-seater sofa, an armchair, and a bookshelf.

The living room also has the door leading to the outdoor area.

There, you will find a wooden table with 5 chairs that you are welcome to use.

Of course, we trust that you will be considerate of the neighbors and mindful of your noise level. The apartment is primarily heated by underfloor heating. By the way, pets are also allowed but must be booked in advance.

Naturally, we expect you to clean up after your pet.

Pets are not permitted on the furniture or in the bed.

We provide a food bowl in the apartment and a designated area in the garden for your dog for "emergencies." We cannot process credit card or debit card payments.

Cash payment is NOT desired. You can optionally order a "breakfast package." This includes: 1 pack of butter, 1 loaf of rye-blend bread, 1 pack of poultry salami, 1 pack of sliced cheese (medium-aged Gouda), 1 pack of quark, 1 box (6 pieces) of free-range eggs, 1 pack of milk (whole milk). We will also provide mineral water and homemade jam/jelly in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, parking on the property is very limited, but there are almost always free parking options on the street in front of the house or in two different parking lots nearby (50-100m). ---------------------------------------- Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included.

The optionally bookable breakfast package includes an initial supply of groceries, so you will have something to eat in the refrigerator even if you arrive on a Sunday.
