in Playa Blanca, the sunniest region of the island of Lanzarote.
Casa Tanja (bungalow no. 26c) is part of the bungalow complex Casas del Sol with heated newly renovated pool, as well as a small baby/children's pool, tennis and boules court.
The house is situated in a quiet location above the pool.
The complex is only 5-10 minutes walk from sandy beaches and the beautiful beach promenade.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, bus stop, doctors, pharmacies, bicycle and car hire are also within walking distance.

Casa Tanja has two bedrooms, a living room with open-plan kitchen, a shower room and a beautiful terrace from which you have a partial view of the sea. Two sun loungers and a barbecue are also available.
The first bedroom has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table. The small bedroom has a bunk bed and a shelf cupboard.
The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer, towels and beach towels are included.
1 x weekly towel and bed linen change and small cleaning of the house.
In the living room you will find a flat screen TV with Sat TV/Astra, as well as Internet TV.
Streaming capable WLAN is available.
The open kitchen contains a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The washing machine is located behind the door on the terrace. Iron and ironing board are also available.
Mosquito blinds on the windows, air conditioning also with heating function with coin operation.
There is a cool bag (incl. cool packs) to take drinks etc. to the beach.
A safe is also available.
For the little guests there is a baby cot, high chair and toys.
On the sunny south-facing terrace, with a beautiful view over the garden towards the sea, you can start the day with an outdoor breakfast in the morning, relax on the loungers, sunbathe and spend nice barbecue evenings.
A small selection of card and dice games is available, as well as a Bluetooth box and an Amazon Alexa box.
The advantage of the bungalow is the very quiet yet central location. The beautiful 7 km long beach promenade "Paseo Maritimo" with many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities, as well as several beaches can be reached within a short distance.
The beautiful Papagayo beaches can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
